The Accident Injury Law Center believes in giving back to the community and to organizations that do good for the world and especially those that support children in need. One such organization is the Orangewood Children's Home located in Orange, California. Orangewood provides housing and education, and other services, for displaced children (children removed from their homes for various reasons). Some of the children remain with Orangewood until they graduate from high school or turn 18.
Another organization that recently came to our attention, unfortunately after the passing of one of its founding members, is the Chris and Vicky Cornell Foundation. This foundation works with partner organizations to address issues such as children that are facing homelessness, poverty, abuse, and neglect. This organization is believed to mostly focus on children in Washington State / Seattle area.
Another great local organization that helps those in need is the OC Food Bank. The OC Food Bank works with nearly 400 local charities, soup kitchens, and communication organizations to end hunger and malnutrition. Annually, they distribute more than 20 million pounds of food to those in need.
We give because we believe that profits are not all that matter in life; other people outside of our families and the close friendships we have, also matter to us. Thank you for visiting our website and reading this blog post.
