TAILC Accepts Referrals from Other Lawyers Licensed to Practice Law 

Attorney referral Moses Yneges at The Accident Injury Law Center greatly appreciates referrals from other attorneys. He pays referral fees to attorneys with an active state bar license. If you are a qualifying attorney and you refer clients to us, you will receive a 25% referral fee if we recover at least $5,000.00 in attorney’s fees. The percentage will be drawn from our attorneys’ fees. For example, if you refer a client for a case that settles at $15,000 and $5,000 is collected on our behalf for attorneys’ fees, your referral fee would be $1,250 (25% of $5,000) for telling us about that client!

If you are an attorney contacting us to refer a personal injury case, please confirm the amount you expect to receive on the referral. This total should be listed as a percentage of the total amount of attorneys’ fees collected. The amount must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both you and personal injury attorney Moses Yneges for the referral fee agreement to be enforceable.

The reason why we do not pay referral fees on smaller cases is because of the amount of time and effort we put into a small case, which results in little to no profit if a referral fee is paid, and sometimes can result in a loss. This is why we only pay referral fees on matters that result in at least $5,000.00 of attorney’s fees.

Mr. Yneges and the legal team at TAILC have received many referrals from lawyers who do not practice personal injury law. We never take this responsibility lightly. We are proud to honor the family members, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances of other attorneys.
